The room was clean, air conditioned, and everything worked as it should have. Staff were courteous, helpful, and could speak either English or Spanish. The property was staffed 24/7 and the location was safe and secure. Price was very fair, would definitely stay again.

hallways are dark, some time sensors don't work properly, elevador are incorrect programable ( Ex. when you press level 3 and stop shows level 4) can be confusing if you don't put attention .room has missing lockbox. some rooms need upgraded. location is walkable.
The hotel is really nice in terms of room sizes and price matching. The staff is friendly specially the guy that is welcoming the new customers. The shops nearby are close by. The only thing I had concerns on was the elevator stop working one day the next day it starting working, but it didn’t have a elevator inspection “check-up” other than that the hotel itself is cozy.

It’s a great mid grade hotel. Elevator can take a bit longer than usual but besides that it’s a good budget hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean centrally located to down town.
First and foremost the staff is excellent. Very helpful and accommodating for a tourist with very limited Spanish. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The first floor rooms from B -F are going to have noise from the club across the street Probably second floor too. Was able to walk to far more than I thought possible from this location. It was difficult for me to get onto internet, Wifi yes. Internet, no. Secure valet parking was a plus. For the price this is a very good choice.
I liked how clean the room was and property. The showers, beds and everything else isnt for me. Paid $30 and got bad aching back ..

Convenient if you’re trying to stay central in the city, walking distance to the Cathedral. We did experience maintenance issues during our stay. There was a scheduled outage, the hotel was transparent about that. However once the water came back on, it came out an orange/brown color. We experienced water pressure issues through our stay. May just be a reality of staying downtown. Apart from that, it’s good if you want to stay central.

We had a 4 night stay at this hotel. Parking was tough initially because the valet area was being used and the hotel is on the corner of two one way streets so we had to drive around for a while until a valet spot opened up. The hotel lobby is very pretty and check in was easy. We booked 3 rooms and had to be moved out of one of our rooms because the ac was not working. They were very quick about finding a new room for us. Power was turned off on the second day of our stay because the CFE (electric company) was conducting some sort of service. Thankfully we had planned a day out, otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable.
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk or short uber ride to many places of interest, so it has a convenient location. However, once businesses start shutting down at night the area’s atmosphere seems to change and I don’t recommend being out and about.
