"Das Zimmer war gut, das Frühstück sehr gut, das Personal war hilfsbereit und nett. Eher schlecht war der Wellness Bereich: die Sauna hat immer mal wieder die Temperatur verloren, die Duschen haben nicht gut funktioniert, eine war nur kalt, die andere nur warm, teilweise sogar zu heiß und es sollte ein Hinweis angebracht werden, dass die Dusche aktiv abgestellt werden muss, es war öfter der Fall, dass sie gelaufen ist, ohne das jemand geduscht hat. Gefehlt hat eine Kopfstütze in der Sauna, eine...

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr „ab vom Schuss“, was mit einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Lage einhergeht. Mit dem Auto ist sie gut zu erreichen und bietet großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch während einer medizinischen Notsituation jederzeit geholfen, Taxis organisiert und auch außerhalb der Essenszeiten noch etwas zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren für uns zwar sehr unbequem, jedoch wurde sofort als wir das gemeldet haben Abhilfe geschaffen. "

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"After an early glitch with access using the key card I really appreciated this luxurious hotel. Grand piano in the entrance hall, large and comfortable bedroom with seating area. The superb swimming pool and spa area as well as bountiful breakfast buffet in the nearby hotel made my stay very pleasant."

"Wir waren das zweite Mal Gast beim Anbieter sun and snow. Ich muss sagen, der Unterkunft sieht man diverse Gebrauchsspuren an und es ist deutlich das auf Geldmachen angelegt wurde. Rings um uns waren die Balkone mit Liebe und etwas mehr Umsicht ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine riesengroße Terrasse auf der man deutlich mehr anbieten könnte! Billige Möbel, zwei Sonnenschirmständer aber keinen Schirm. Wackeliger Wäscheständer ! Die Glasscheiben der Terrassenumrandung waren sehr, sehr dreckig! Mit...

"It was a good location but the hotel is a little dated. The room was a very good size. There was an electric outlet that was broken the toilet started to constantly drip. The breakfast was not great but okay. The price was a bit high. I have stayed at better hotels for less. "

"Könnte eine Sanierung gebrauchen. Pool sauber. Zimmer, defekter Schacht, könnte leicht instandgesetzt werden. Gründliche Reinigung wird benötigt. Personal freundlich. Frühstück schlecht. Wenig Auswahl, die kein schweinefleisch essen. Keine Beschriftung. Sehr verbesserungsbedürftig. "
