「Amazing breakfast, nice smell when you arrive, rooms are very clean (including the carpets).」

「Although the staff is nice, the facilities are very ancient. They should be upgraded immediately. The operator ignores necessary investments.」

「家族はオーランド空港で待ち合わせし、WDWへ移動する際に宿泊。 ハンプトンインは、清潔／治安等心配ない事で現地メンバーからの紹介です。 確かにその通りでした。」

「Staff were very nice and areas round the hotel were kept well maintained and neat. Our room was very clean and spacious, however, the bed was not comfortable. Another disappointment was the age of the universal equipment in the gym. Other than those two items the stay was pleasant and would still consider staying our next visit to Kings Bay.」

「Stay was great!!!」

「Clean and comfortable」

「Very clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious.」

「Nicely decorated for the holidays」

「I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I learned hotel was being renovated. Noise galore, saws, hammering etc. All amenities were closed ie: pool, fitnes...everything. Contacted Expedia and they did nothing to help. Hotel said if I booked direct, they would discount the rate. Expedia told me no discounts. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!」

「The staff were phenomenal! From the front desk, manager, and support staff all were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The Monday and Thursday breakfast worker went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and so very welcoming. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.」

「WHAT A DUMP !!」

「Ice machine broken. Room was great, spacious and breakfast was really good」

「Upon arrival, the smell in the check in area was horrible. The room was no better, it smelled like old wet dog. I had children with me but I was just happy that we were only staying one night. Very disappointed.」
