「We had a wonderful stay. It’s such a cute little cottage! Very clean and Gwen (the host) is so nice! We went end of December and it was really cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but it was nice. The site does say that it sleeps 4, but there is only one king bed… for those traveling with more people. Also, they do have WIFI, but no TV. 」

「We have stayed here a few times when visiting family in Butler an we consider it our home away from home. It is cozy and has everything we need. It is very close to cute restaurants and coffee shops. 」

「I didn't have any interaction with the host.This rental was okay for a minimalist one night stay. The refrigerator was the smallest imaginable (like a mini-minifrig). There was only one little space heater in the corner, no central heat. And the homemade shower has no shower curtain, so no matter what you do, water gets on the floor. Other than these things the rental looks pretty much exactly as pictured. 」

「easiest check in, check out, and trust by a property manager I have experienced - thank you. We have three kids under 5 so we have a lot of stuff. we knew street parking can be a gamble, but if there was a way to reserve (even just for an hour or two) the spot closest to the stairs it would be great to unload all of the items needed for kids. It was a lot of work to park in the rear parking lot and make 8 trips with clothes, pack in play, luggage, etc. Since this expectation on the space is...
