"The keys didn’t work and had to be reprogrammed x2. The remote for the TV didn’t work. There was only one bath towel provided. When I finally got towels two out of the three were badly stained. There were crumbs on the nightstand when we checked in, and the shower curtain was dirty."
"I expect a clean room for $300+ a night. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the sheets were dirty. The staff came and swept when I asked and brought clean sheets, but come on"
"This was deemed a non smoking room. It smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. I came to Saratoga because my son had emergency surgery. I was exhausted by the time I got to my room, so I did not request a replacement room. I have stage 4 cancer, so this was very important it was a non smoking room. I was completely uncomfortable and left at 5:30 am. I explained to the agent at the desk and she just said ok. I was very uncomfortable and disappointed."
