"The cabin was very nice and clean, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We would recommend adding a curtain or window tint to the front door, as there is very little privacy in the front living room area. My husband also suggested room-darkening curtains for the main bedroom.We wish we could have enjoyed the area longer, but we were in and out for the George Strait concert. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it."

"The beds were clean and comfy. The bathroom however was extremely dated and it had a horrible odor. The floor area by the sink was dirty. Our feet were brown after walking on it. This place needs to be seriously updated."

"Property is beautiful. Cleanliness it’s ok not the best stained couches and pet hair.. Found a braw and women’s clothes inside the drawers.. it can be a lot more cleaner and more attention to detail.. although the staff was friendly manager was great.. getting information about fishing was not the greatest sent multiple inquiries no response until we arrived they had no fishing signs but people seemed like local people where there with their dogs and where fishing drinking their beers.. did not seem fair for me since I was a paying resident and would have loved to throw a line to fish I did not to not break the grounds rules and be kicked out.. over all the scene is beautiful.."

"The property is perfect. It’s the most tranquil spot surrounded by trees yet so close to Greenville and other fun things. The host is so welcoming and the communication was stellar. We enjoyed the house as well was the areas around it. The upstairs view is unforgettable!"
