「We had a great time when we stayed at Ted's place. It was central to the events at Berkeley. Ted helpful and was available to assist us when we got there with some details.」

「This is a fantastic little comfortable house close to the beach. The best part is the private wind-protected backyard for relaxing, eating, and hot tubbing. The beds are super comfortable. The only downside was that many of the pots/pans required washing before use.」

There were even two deer who hung out under the trees outside the carport. I appreciated the kitchen which was equipped with everything I needed. 「The unit itself was very nice, well appointed and in a great location. It had everything we needed to cook and bake. The fresh loaf of local bread was a really nice surprise. At the time of our stay (May 2024) the staircase down to the unit was under construction. The only way down to the unit was a dangerous trail with wobbly steps. This was a challenging climb in and out, but with luggage, it was a nightmare.」

「The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure 」
