"A stunningly beautiful property with amazing views. This was our 2nd visit in the last 8 years and the owner has made a few improvements such as adding A/C but without compromising the Tuscan charm. We love this villa!! A particular highlight was a local chef Daniela coming to prepare a delicious 4 course meal for us - including the best tiramisu we’ve ever had! "Great stay! This peaceful property draws you back in medieval time, both with the look and smell (we had to use to the smell though). The rooms are big and clean. A huuge TV in the living room, a pity that the room cannot be more spacious:) The kitchen/dining room could also have been bigger, with a bit more light, but that's how old Tuscan houses look like:) We found all necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of towels.The pool is super nice, with a relaxing area around. Thanks to Roberta and Giovanni (with Nina;)!"

The location is perfect for walking to fantastic local restaurants and exploring the historic buildings of Vicopisano. "We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. While the workers were friendly, the property was just average. The walls were very thin and we could hear the party going on in the event room all night. "
