It is ideally located for visiting Florence, Pisa, and Lucca.
With its three spacious apartments and a large ground-floor living area—perfect for dining and socializing together—it is ideal for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The ground floor is accessible to guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.
The property is fully fenced and features a private swimming pool (open from May to September) and a garden with a children's play area.
The lady who welcomes guests and maintains the pool and garden on a daily basis lives with her family in the house next door.
A supermarket and various shops are just five minutes away.
Pisa—home to the Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower—is nearby, and Florence can be reached in less than an hour.
The seaside resorts of Marina di Pisa, Tirrenia, and Viareggio are easily accessible.
Local events include the Puccini Opera Festival at Torre del Lago in late summer, the famous *Luminara di San Ranieri* in Pisa in June, and the renowned *Lucca Comics* festival in November, which draws cosplayers from all over Italy.

The entire farmhouse consists of three units:

GIRASOLE 1 Apartment:
A unique apartment sleeping up to five people, located on the ground floor. It features two bedrooms and a bathroom. A very large living area with a vaulted ceiling completes the apartment; this space includes a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a dining area with a large table, and a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs. It is fully climate-controlled, featuring air conditioning and winter heating.
Accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Girasole 2 Apartment:
Located on the first floor of the farmhouse, it features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a kitchen/dining area with a fireplace; it sleeps 10 people and is ideal for groups of friends or families. It is fully climate-controlled, with air conditioning and heating for the winter.

Girasole 3 Apartment:
Located on the second floor of the farmhouse, it features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen/dining area with a fireplace; it sleeps up to 7 people.
It is fully climate-controlled, with air conditioning and heating for the winter.

Access to the Girasole 2 and Girasole 3 apartments is via stairs.
Cots and high chairs for children are available.
