I also thought there was a balcony but it’s just very creatively done to look like outside. So all these things were because I wasn’t reading carefully. 「The host did not return my text letting them know we arrived early and were interested in early check in and also parking, the only amenity was a coffee pot and coffee, no plates and only a few utensils, minimal towels, beds were more like a cot, and when you use the shower, water goes all over the floor. 「This apartment was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, the place was dirty and had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. The bed linens were dirty and unusable, forcing us to go out and buy new bedding ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property. There was a total lack of proper cleaning and attention to basic hygiene. Because of the cleanliness issues and the misleading description, I do not recommend this place.」
