The whole place smelled like cat pee. One of the three pillows we had there was a huge yellow stain, there were bugs crawling around, the shower towels had stains, and the overall cleanliness was subpar.

They claimed I only paid for 1of 2 rooms. So they insisted I pay again for the other room. In the end I was charged for 3 rooms and only had 2 rooms.

Room was still dirty, dead bugs, no tv remote, hallways smelt like cat piss. I reserved my room back in December for the concert in May. The day of the concert the workers called and said I had to pay for my room or they would give it to someone else. When I booked it , it said I was to pay upon check in.

This was very dirty, was told room was ready, went to our room and garbage was in room, dirty towels on the floor not sure what was all over it. sink had blood or something in it. Bathroom was dirty, pillows were in the corner with no cases on them. Floor was dirty and nothing was wiped off.

If if you’re just traveling and just need somewhere to sleep, it was a good place. They don’t offer breakfast even though I could’ve sworn it said that they do. And if what was it anything else they can have a weird smell when you walk in like a milk in the carpet type of smell

Air conditioning was not really very effective, place smelled like cat pee, hair all over the hallways, rooms were boarded up, not very room efficient electrical outlets. Half didnt even work. Things were broken, no shampoo. And you just felt like you got a STD and bedbug by walking in the place. And for $300+ for 1 night NEVER EVER again. Would not even waste $10 for a night stay there.

There is NO WAY anyone would call this a 10/10!!!! There must be fake reviews…believe the ones that talk about the horrible conditions and highway robbery/extortion of hotel rooms day of to make more money. We had horrible customer service, they cancelled my rooms DAY of an event at Lambeau. I think we dodged a bullet….and bed bugs! The deception and photos of her hotel are NO WAY current. Offered a king room with no toilet….and they were not joking!!! Health department has been called and better business bureau. This place needs to be shut down ASAP! They take complete advantage of events at Lambeau Field. Lobby bathroom was the worst I have ever seen….believe the reviews of the smells, saw lots of bottles of air freshener but still reeked and not in a good way! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Point form may be easier for this…. - garbages outside the hotel were overflowing by the front doors - hallways smelled like urine and had animal hair outside one of the rooms - room 127 was disgusting.. stains everywhere, cracks in the walls. - housekeeping may have made the bed.. but that room hasn’t been cleaned properly in weeks / months - no bath towels in the room, I asked the front desk for some and they questioned me why I needed them…. - no hair dryer or shampoo - the bed was essentially a king sized futon.. one said of the bed was higher than the other I understand supply and demand and with a concert at Lambeau happening the price they charged for this is criminal. I actually don’t have a good thing to say about this hotel. Highly recommend you DONT spend your hard earned money on this, I’d wager sleeping in your car has more amenities. This is truthfully a zero star hotel.
