「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「This was our 2nd time visiting Occidental Caribe and we absolutely love the atmosphere and great vibes from the staff. Italian was the best food we ate while there but the other restaurants were also great. Everyone is willing to help out if needed. I would love to return again! 」
