"The bathrooms is very European. They are not tall people friendly. Everything was very clean. The windows are on the thinner side letting in a lot of sound pollution in. The staff was super polite and friendly. "

"Room was dirty, dirty hand prints on walls, old blood on mattress protector located on child’s bunk bed (did not come from my child). Staff were nice… my kids got sick and they were helpful with getting extra sheets but did not change the mattress protector after we told them about the blood, however they did after the 2nd request the following day when we discovered it wasn’t actually changed the initial time we requsted it to be changed (they just made the bed and changed top sheets the first time, not the dirty protector). Breakfast was good, family friendly but lots of hazards in the pool area. Very old, very dusty swim area, floors were gross in the swim area. Manager from Tavern united was passed out drunk on the floor of restaurant of bar area by black jack table on of the nights we were there. Husband had to help move him on to chair and get into a room, security was injured so could not move intoxicated manager alone. Overall would not recommend staying there. We’ve emailed general manager with complaints as we were not impressed. Sanitizer machines broken, elevators panels broken and taped together, ice machines not working on certain floors. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. The best part was the water pressure in the shower😊. The motel is themed and decorated in old Taxes style. We got take out from The Big Texan. The food was great and a fun place to walk around. One thing that would make it better would be a better blanket on the beds. "

"The location was excellent and the staff overall were pleasant but the hotel itself left something to be desired. Parking at $55 a night, the AC did nothing to cool the room and there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room."
