「I stayed at La Quinta Inn, 6619 Transit Rd, Williamsville. The room had cleanliness problems: the bed sheets had hair and even a grocery receipt, which was unacceptable and very disappointing. Breakfast was poor quality — waffles were gummy and rubbery, there was no cream cheese available, and the coffee tasted weak and watery. Overall the property needs to improve housekeeping and breakfast service. I reported these issues to management; I hope they address sanitation and food quality so future...

「1st night was good except no hot water in either room. The 2nd night a big family checked into several rooms our floor. All we heard all night is doors slamming and kids running up and down the halls until about 3 in the morning and then it started again around 8 in the morning. Told front desk several times. It didn't seem to matter」
