「My wife and I vacationed at Grand Isle Resort and Residences in August of 2024. The one-bedroom villa was nicely appointed and was roomy. The full kitchen included all the the utensils and tools needed to cook meals. There were large windows in the living room and bedrooms that allowed plentiful natural light. The bedroom was large and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was large as well with a large jetted tub, double vanity and a tile and glass shower. There was ample closet space...

「Welcoming home away from home, wirh a wonderful view of the ocean. Very clean and quiet, island house. The property manager was very friendly and customer service oriented. Cottage has basic amenities and furnishings. We had a little challenge with the hot water. However, the property manager was very accommodating in trying to resolve this issue. This booking was last minute, but it definitely was a good choice, and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely, would recommend. 」

「We arrived to a very friendly staff, the boat captains were very friendly and helped us get across to our cottage every day and night. Anytime we had a question and called the front desk they were always happy to help. They have a very friendly orange cat around the beach bar that my wife loved. We would love to go back when we can!」

「データに部屋でWi-Fiをつなげるとありましたが、wi-fiのルーターから離れた部屋だったせいかつなげませんでした。スタッフにそれ伝えると、ドアを開ければ、つながるんじゃない？、との回答。それでもつながったり、切れたり。外まで行って、Wi-Fiをつないだのですが、他のゲストルームの前を通るたびに、私の影が見えるので、他のゲストも気になるようで……。しかも部屋のテレビが壊れていたので、部屋を変更できないでしょうかとお願いしても、応じてくれませんでした。しかも、シャワーの水のノブが壊れていて、熱湯のみ。シャワーは浴びれませんでした。部屋の設備の管理はきちんとしてほしいです。」

「ベットルームが通路に面していたのが残念でした。交通量は少ないですが、折角リゾート地にいるのだからヘッドライトや車の音とは縁の無い部屋で寝たかったです。カーテンをもう少し厚手にするだけでも変わるかも知れませんね。耳栓して寝ました。デポジットを払ってあったのに全額請求されたので、ネットでクレジットカードの支払い証明見せたり。レストランで多く請求されてるお客さんもいたので、お支払いの際は皆さん確認なさって下さいね」

「This house is gorgeous outside and the pool area is amazing, but the design is really difficult for a group of friends. It doesn't have a 1/2 bath or any bathrooms outside of bedrooms. I think it's best for families and was poorly designed for a big group of friends. friends are walking in / out of each other rooms all day and in the night to use th bathrooms.
