Einzigartige Wanderwege führen durch die ortsnahe Kendlmühlfilze. Der Chiemsee und die umliegenden Seen laden im Sommer zum Baden ein. Im Winter führt die Langlaufloipe in unmittelbarer Nähe am Haus vorbei. In ca. 8 Minuten sind Sie zu Fuß im Ortszentrum von Grassau mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
