9.6/10 Exceptional! (2,402 reviews)
The hotel was practically empty, and yet they wouldn’t refund me even though I had two valid reasons for a refund. The management and the hotel staff in general is unhelpful. They took the money and ran, essentially.
Don’t stay here no matter what, they don’t deserve to be in business.
