"Do not stay at this Red Roof Inn. It was a complete nightmare for us. When we booked the room we were not told the electricity was out. That was fine, I understand some things are out of their control, however We were told it would be on soon. So after finding our rooms with the lights from our cell phones, the electric did not come back on until 10:30 the following day. We booked the room and prepaid for it for two nights. We go to breakfast and come back and our key cards did not work. They had checked us out of our room. After three attempts we finally get key cards that work. We had to go back to the main desk three times to get cards that would actually work! Then that evening while sleeping some random people come walking in our room. They rented our room to someone else. Thank god we were in there or these people could have been dishonest and we could have all our belongings stolen! This was a nightmare. Complete Choas. We also did not get the upgraded room that I paid for! I was told we would receive a credit for all inconvenience but did not. I have reached out to them numerous times and they will not respond. I have sent emails and called and left messages on the managers voicemail. DO NOT STAY HERE. It was completely chaos!! My next step is to contact corporate and whoever else necessary to get help!"

"The hotel is a beautiful old historic building with a pretty grand lobby. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The Italian restaurant and bar was good. Wait staff were very nice. My room was pretty small, but in an older historic building I can’t complain. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was nice. "
