2-night stay for business. The hotel has great WiFi signal and is kept very clean and well maintained. Nice pool area and the rooms are spacious and clean. The reception and restaurant staff were extremely disappointing. I don't believe we received a single smile during our entire stay. At one point during breakfast I had to ask the servers to come away from where they were standing and chatting to assist us in getting breakfast so we could go back to work.
Reception assisted us with requests but only with lots of effort and it constantly felt like we were inconveniencing the lady.
The property is a bit far from other restaurants (100rupee cab ride). The food in their restaurant is quite good.
Just really the service that needs to be improved overall.

The room was clean and serviced daily by friendly staff. The location is lovely and quiet with a nice beach with safe swimming directly outside. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

The water by the hotel is dirty. No lifts(elevator) at hotel. We had to climb up 3rd story. At nights it’s dark at hallway. No lights at stairways.
