Kid friendly (highchair, bunk beds, baby gates, kids plates, cups etc. toys), fully fenced back yard (landscaping coming soon), washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, wifi, two flat screen TV’s, gas grill and fire pit.

Equal distance (12 miles) to Palisade, known for its abundance of wineries and fresh produce and Fruita, known for its world class mountain biking. 8 miles to the Colorado National Monument and 21 miles to skiing at Powderhorn Mountain Resort.
