This is a great little spot. Clean and cozy. Awesome location for walking and close to stores and restaurants. The yard is fantastic for your furry friends. I really liked it this crib!

A great stay

Spent a few nights here while exploring the Colorado National Monument. Quiet and comfortable, great location. Justin went above and beyond to make sure my stay went well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Great location, easy access to a number of spots in GJ. The studio has a small yard and a nice walking path behind it which made it perfect for our elderly dog. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Excellent home base to explore the area

We had everything we needed in this nice little spot to explore the area for the weekend. Justin was super responsive with any questions, too. The yard was perfect for our small dog, and we loved the porch swing outside! A great spot for a long weekend stay.

Perfect little property

Location was wonderful. Great parking off-street. Fenced-in yard was great for dogs. Interior was much more spacious than anticipated. The whole place was well decorated and adorable. Would definitely rent again!

Great spot

Had a lovely stay in our first VRBO experience. Location is perfect - great neighborhood, close to places of interest, and excellent privacy and security. The carport was a lifesaver during an incredible downpour. It was just a perfect spot for a wonderful long weekend! Would 100% stay again.

Fantastic Dog-Friendly VRBO in Grand Junction

This is our second time staying at this location, and it did not disappoint! It’s perfectly located and close to restaurants, a City Market and access to Patterson Road. The host was friendly and responsive to questions. The dogs loved the separate yard as well!
