    Spread out over 3 stories, the master bedroom has a king size bed and attached master bathroom (entire 3rd floor). Located on the second floor is the second bedroom (queen size bed), third bedroom (full size bed), and the second full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Main floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen and half-bath.



    Guests have access to the entire townhouse and the back patio area.

This was such a beautiful home, perfectly located near Main Street, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. We loved being able to settle in, have great family time but also have privacy with the beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. I would stay again and again!

Love this place

This was our third visit to hike and snowshoe. The condo has a great, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable sofa, chairs and Beds.

Great property for a family

This is a great place to stay if you have multiple members of your family staying with you. There are two full baths, three bedrooms and a bonus 1/2 bath on the first floor...game changer! Would definately stay here again whenever we're in the area.

Very nice 3 bedroom townhome walking distance to downtown and CMU. Coffee and brewery next door at Lowell school. Great host and home in fantastic condition. Enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Very comfortable and had everything we needed!

This property was perfect for our little GJ getaway. Easy access to the state park & monument. Plus cross country skiing on the Mesa! Close to old town for food, coffee and shopping. Very clean and had all the items we needed in the kitchen for a few meals we cooked. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Perfect spot to enjoy Grand Junction

We were meeting the in-laws 1/2 way and this was a perfect spot! It was walking distance to downtown and a short drive to other spots. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. It also had all the kitchen stuff we needed to make yummy meals! Planning on staying here again for an in-law meet-up!

Great location with easy parking.

Great property. Fully stocked kitchen. Walking distance to downtown. Coffee shops are nearby. Lots of dinner and breakfast restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back again.
