Great communication with management. Great downtown location. Good TV, WiFi. Excellent for a couple. Entrance stone pavers a little hard to navigate. VERY soft mattress. Furniture a little tired….

Had a great stay in Grand Haven ! This condo has a great location. Short walk to many bars/restaurants/shops and the farmers market. The bed was very comfy.Had some noisy neighbors upstairs with toddlers for a few nights and the refrigerator froze a few items we put in it. Tried to adjust it but it still ran cool. Other than those two minor issues we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location once you find it. Easy to walk to downtown shops and bars and restaurants along with musical fountain. The condo is very clean and well stocked. The biggest drawback for us was all the seating is very uncomfortable. The dining table is rocky so beware. Couch and chair are not great for lounging at the end of the day or to watch a movie to wait out a rainstorm. The bed is comfortable.

Great Stay Overall

Pros: Great stay in a great location. Very comfortable bed and clean apartment. Actually, nicer in person than in the pictures. Cons: There was a blind missing from the middle of the main window in the living room. Not enough bathroom essentials (toilet paper) for a 5 day stay. No matter how much we tried, a gap in the shower door made the water spray all over the bathroom floor. The parking was weirdly far away considering how many spaces closer to the apartment there were for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and we would consider staying there again. We feel these quirks could easily be improved upon making this a 5 out of 5 stay.

Great little condo!

Great location! Easy access to shopping, the path to Lake Michigan, and restaurants. Enjoyed our time there! Bring your own coffee/tea and shampoo (which I usually do anyway). 1st floor is convenient (makes up for lack of view).

Comfortable and cute in a perfect location

We stayed at this property while visiting family for the holidays. The location is great — walkable to all of the downtown attractions. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The parking was a little confusing at first but they provided a map in the unit that explained everything in better detail.For transparency, guest cleaning duties at check out include the following:-Take out the trash - Load and start the dishwasher- Strip linens from all used beds- Place all used linens and towels in a pile- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances”

Perfect spot

We loved this condo located just a short walk to downtown Grand Haven and right across from the water. Perfect spot for a couples getaway. We would definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful condo just a block away from the main strip in Grand Haven and 1.2 miles from the Lake Michigan beach and pier. Everything in the condo was in tip-top shape and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with. Also, the "extra fees" that plague many VRBO offerings were much more reasonable in this case.

Quick get away!

Property is walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and waterfront music. I would recommend arriving in daylight as it was hard to find the property at dark. The outside light needs to be turned on or have a solar light. Also, there is a standard coffee pot no kuerig so bring coffee or walk and get one in the morning. Felt very comfortable.

Perfect location

My stay in Grand Haven was amazing. Had never been and nervous traveling alone but was so happy to find out how close this place was to everything. I walked to the beach, and the pier. I walked to downtown for dinner and shopping, always felt safe, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was just perfect. Thank you for opening your home to me.

Nice location

The protperty is very nice lots of flower and close to shopping, restaurants, ice-cream, and the musical fountain which is fun to watch and listen to on a summer night!! The condo was nice and clean, comfortable bed. The condo is very small. The parking could be better, but not bad you just have to walk down the steps and around to a bottom lot. Overall, we enjoy our stay !!

Great location, perfect place for two

Easy access to downtown, short walk to everything, inside walkway to odd side Ale. The converted old piano factory exposed hardware and wood beams make this place a unique atmosphere. Grand Haven is a gem. Kirby House, Anna’s, Grand Armory Brewing all within walking access. And of course go to the Paisley Pig for dinner.

Convenience Plus

Perfect size for a couple. Just about a block to waterfront & bandstand with entertainment. Shopping & great restaurants within walking distance. Condo was very clean with plenty of basic supplies. Nice walk-in shower but would have appreciated a grab bar. Walkway to the door is as described in the info. Flat stones are just laid on top of mulch which makes them uneven & a bit wobbly. There is also a low tree that covers part of the walk. We both have balance issues & needed to be very careful. That being said, we would definitely stay here again.

POSH: If you don't drive a Porshe, the permanent residents think you are the help.

A little sidewalk to the front door would help, stepping over the flower bed is a bit difficult when you have Parkinsons, plus you drag in the wood chips into the house. My wife is under 5' tall and getting into the bed was a tryout for the Olympic high jump; HVAC works well but defaults to 62 when least expecting it and the airhandler sounds like a Mack truck warming up. Bring a broom and dustpan, makes cleaning up mulch easier. Shower should have at least one grab bar and the floor, with wet feet, is very slippery. But as a whole, it was a pleasant week with only a few suprises. All appliances worked well, local shops, resturants, bars etc, were enjoyable and handicap accessible.
