"Huge mess up with our rooms. I booked 2 twins and one king. They got us one double room, one twin and one single. After 5 hours of no resolution and them insisting that a King Bed is the same as a single bed, the receptionist finally convinced her manager to get my mother the King bed at 9.45pm at night after she had already fallen asleep after an almost 24 hour plane journey. I appreciate the receptionist and the manager finally making this right, but my poor mother woke up and moved rooms in her pajamas so the resolution would have been more appreciated if it were sooner."

"It is great clean room, comfortable with excellent breakfast and staff like Oumaima and Aya and all other staff. We will definitely stay here again. The mall nearby is convenient for dinner for out of Towne."

"The hotel was clean , rooms could use a coat of paint but overall a great stay . Breakfast was decent ( the coffee on the other hand was one of the worst I've had in a hotel ) , reception staff was very friendly & welcoming , the ones doing breakfast seemed like they didn't want to be there but nevertheless they were helpful with guests when they were required to . "

"This hotel is gorgeous and is a great location to get out of the fray of downtown Casablanca and relax adjacent to a beautiful beach. The outdoor spaces are lovely (pool and patio overlooking the pool). We had a terrific lunch at the outdoor bar. A few issues: --We wanted a room with a large bed and were instead provided two doubles. --The service was VERY slow one of the two times we were at the outdoor bar. --Reception staff arranged an airport transfer for us, and there was confusion about the time, even though it had been confirmed. Also, the taxi that showed up was too small for our bags and rather dilapidated, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this quality. Even with the above issues I'd be happy to return to this hotel."
