"Kobi is a great host. Apartment was super clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient. "

"Everything about our stay was perfect and beyond expectations: the wonderful staff, the spacious and tastefully decorated room, the cozy down comforter and pillows, the thoughtful in-room amenities, the complimentary afternoon Segal wine with crackers and cookies, and the delicious coffee and more. The hotel’s excellent location and convenient onsite garage were an added bonus. We’re already looking forward to staying at Carmella again the next time we’re in Haifa."

"Wish there was a laundry room available."

"Hotel run down but in nice residential area. Ran out of toilet paper during stay because I extended from 4 days to 13 and the 'residence section has no service. Was refused refund on last 3 nights when I checked out early. Not really happy."

"location"

"A bit rough around the edges. But for one night I found it acceptable. I would not for stay longer than one night. "
