The staff was really helpful, I’m happy with the guy who had thoughtfully helped with the checkin but the blankets were so bad that they smell like fecal. I wish nobody gets something like that. I was a returning customer but i had better hopes for this motel and regretted choosing it.

The staff is wonderful and does a nice job with what they have to work with. The floors and walls are rickety and it really needs a total remodel from floors on up…just painting won’t get it. So may old Route 66 motels have owners that have spent the money to do a total upgrade. The L has a great location to downtown, it should take the next step!!!

Good location near the centre. Door frames hanging off the wall, taps have non existent pressure. A lovely artic feel while sleeping, woke up with frostbite. Predecessors items in room. At least there was 1 plug to share, and the parking was accessible. 10/10 for the experience with the boys
