Nestled in a four-season resort, your condo is part of the recently developed Reserve at Ten Mile Creek at Ski Granby Ranch. Enjoy ski and bike trails, an 18-hole golf course, and fishing. Fantastic community amenities include a pool, hot tubs, and a gym.
At home, high ceilings and hardwood floors create a warm vibe throughout your modern-chic retreat. Kick back on your private covered patio and take in sweeping views of the serene surroundings.

Located off Highway 40, your retreat is 2 miles to excellent cross-country skiing and mountain biking at Granby Ranch. A nearby City Market is within a 3-minute drive, making it easy to stock up on groceries.
Grand Lake, the Kawuneeche Visitor Center at Rocky Mountain National Park, and Winter Park are all within a 25-minute drive.

Great place!
We stayed here as a family weekend getaway, and it was a blast. A little drive to the hot tub/pool, but totally worth it! Very dog friendly and comfortable.

Good places to stay for Granby!

The condo was very spacious for my son and I, and would have slept 4 comfortably. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and everything worked great. The location for skiing Winter Park and Steamboat was really good (25 minutes and 90 minutes).
Location is great as it is about 2 miles from base camp at Granby and close to grocery store. Loved the layout as it worked great for our family. Nice touch of including dog bed and bowls. Could use a deep clean of fans, baseboards and doors. I would stay here again.
Very comfortable and close proximity to Granby Ranch. Loved that we were able to bring our two small dogs. Very clean and had everything we needed. One suggestion is to add a map to where the hot tub is located. A bit of a walk and the lighting around it wasn’t great, so it was hard to find in the dark.
This property had everything we needed. The inside was exceptionally clean but since we really love sitting outside and enjoying the view, we wished the outside was cleaner. Looked like it was not a priority for the owner but it was the only downfall of the stay.

PERFECT! Especially when traveling with dogs!
We were thrilled to see the dog bowl station when we first walked in! How lovely and welcoming that was for us and our two dogs!! One less thing to worry about. Wonderful layout- and very clean! Nice quiet area, VERY dog friendly, (Pet bed on the outside patio area! so cool!) We didn't want to leave! Everything as described! and it was warm during our stay- so we appreciated that this unit had AC!!
If you travel with your dogs, this place is a wonderful choice!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I loved how affordable and close the condo was to my destination. It snowed the whole weekend, so it was nice not to have to drive far.
Loved everything about this property! Was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. Close proximity to grocery store and gas station plus a McDonald’s right across the street if you don’t feel like cooking! We had a little mix up on the check in code they sent us but a quick phone call to their office cleared everything up right away. Very impressed with their customer service. Would love to come stay again soon!

Had a difficult time finding it. The address is H103 if I remember correctly but the problem was the building was not labeled H so didn't know what building to go to. Other than that the place was exceptional. Very nice.

Great place, Great price.
Incredible view off back porch, especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Close to everything. Food and drinks at the Granby Ranch ski area and bike park restaurant were fantastic.
