"We loved our stay! Room was very spacious, Murphy bed was very comfortable for my teenager, and the washer/dryer was wonderful! They even provided detergent packets for us to use. We will definitely stay here again. It was an easy 25 min drive to the Grand Lake RMNP entrance. Perfect stay!!"

"The house was very clean and very well equipped with everything you needed, plus plenty of extra if it was needed. We really appreciated having all the essentials and even extra trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, and everything else that a lot of rental sometimes just give you very limited quantities of that you have to turn around and buy yourself just to make it through a stay. We were a little disappointed in the property as far as the water, it seemed very low and not stocked with fish at all, like the description made out to be. We didn’t see a single person during our entire stay catch one fish and we caught only a single small fish ourselves. This was the main attraction for us, so a big disappointment. The description should reflect the true fishing conditions. Overall really enjoyed the house stay. Thank you!"

"The lock box did not work when we arrived but the problem was resolved. Another chair in the living room would be nice so 4 people could sit comfortably and talk. The pillows were too flat. Otherwise a great location and wonderful place to stay."

"We loved our stay in Granby. The property was nestled up next to stream - it was very quiet and relaxing. The home had wonderful amenities and top line soaps, toiletries, paper products, etc. It was delightful!"

"The house was beautiful. It offered lots of extra things such as box fans, elevated master bed, lots of games, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Unfortunately it was a hot July and air-conditioning would have been a huge bonus. The house is within 20 feet of the golf cart trail therefore sleeping in wasn’t an option as we were woke up early every morning by the golfers. The house is also not a standalone cabin like I thought it was. It is a duplex. I was looking forward to taking a nice Jacuzzi bath after a long day, however, the Jacuzzi jets did not work which was a big disappointment. Conveniently located close to a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Check in is super simple. Check out process is a piece of cake as well. Host is easy to communicate with. Location is fabulous with the Fraser river right out the back door. Great launching point for fishing, RMNP, hiking or winter park activities. We saw lots of wildlife, deer, moose, beaver, otter"
