We arrived late after an 11 pm flight and we didnt see anything except the building from the outside. Wow were we surprised. The place was bigger than expected and around the corner from everything: beaches, shopping, restaurants, and all the local life. A bonus was the large balcony. Much cheaper than the waterfront options or anything in Los Cristianos where most of the tourist hotels are located. One tip--take a taxi everywhere. Ubers are wicked expensive on the island.

Insgesamt haben wir hier zwei Wochen verbracht. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Zunächst schien alles ok zu sein. Bei genauerem Betrachten und der ersten Nacht mussten wir dann aber feststellen, dass die Wohnung insgesamt sehr unsauber und in keinem so guten Zustand war. adäquat. Die Schränke waren nicht ausgewischt, Geschirr und Töpfe teilweise schmutzig, Gläser verschmiert, WC schmutzig, Böden unter den Betten, Nachtischen und Couch sehr staubig und verschmutzt. Auch technisch waren Defekte vorhanden (Duschkopf lose, Steckdose lose, Schlafzimmerlampe defekt). Der Verwalter wurde von uns informiert und gab an, mit dem Reinigungsteam sprechen zu wollen. Nach einigen Tagen verstopfte der Duschabfluss mit Haaren .Auf unsere erneute Reklamation wurde am Folgetag eine Reinigung durchgeführt, bei der ein Grossteil der o.g. Mängel beseitigt wurde.( bis auf die technischen Probleme). Positiv muss man hier anmerken, dass der Vermieter immer sofort geantwortet und durch die erneute Reinigung zumindest versucht hat, das Problem anzugehen.Negativ bleibt der Gesamtzustand der Wohnung. Für die eigentlich schöne Terrasse gab es für die Stühle keine geeigneten Auflagen (nur 2 stark verschmutzte nicht passende) und für die beiden Liegen waren gar keine Auflagen vorhanden. Leider haben wir uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts so gar nicht wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Atico funcional, con encanto y gran ubicación

El ático es encantador y cómodo, ubicado en el centro, a tres minutos andando de la playa, pero no en la zona más llena de gente, que fue justo lo que buscábamos.Tuvieron la diferencia de entregarnos el piso 3 horas antes, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Si volvemos, intentaremos que sea aqui! uchísimo
