Not bad but serious problem

This lodging facility is at trafic crossroads.So very convenient to many destinations. Room condition comparatively clean. There are necessary utensils to stay long. But the hotel person did not be here always. So could not respond for users needs and wants rapidly. I like the smallness.

大聖堂裏の街中ホテル

万が一道に迷っても大聖堂を目指せば困ることはありません。アパートメントホテルなのでロビーはなく、時間帯により誰もいませんが、ベルを鳴らせばスタッフが来てくれます。ウエルカムドリンクで赤ワインが部屋に置いてありました。隣の同系列のカフェもオススメです。アルハンブラまではタクシーで4ユーロしませんでした。

The location was excellent, close to shops, cafes, restauarants, tourist attractions etc, but the property itself was very disappointing, to say the least It was badly maintained an poorly equipped, and certainly highly over-priced (Easter holiday rates notwithstanding). The armchair was broken; the doorknob to one of the wardrobes was in the wardrobe; the shelf in the fridge door was so badly cracked we dare not store bottles or cartons on it; the fridge door had dropped and was hard to shut properly. There was no kettle, just a small coffee percolator. The largest frying pan would not work on the (2 ring) induction hob. No instructions for the microwave combi oven/ grill. There was a washing machine, but no drying facilities, and the heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work. The other towel rail kept coming away from the wall. One morning there was no water - called the manager, who said he would get back to us, but never did. Several hours later we went down to the restaurant on the ground floor, who fortunately managed to solve the problem for us. Whilst we loved Granada, and are planning a return visit next year, it will not be to this property.

Great unless you run into a problem.

Besides our mishap (see below) the room was great. Location was amazing, easy to walk everywhere, beautiful views of the cathedral. The beds were comfortable, and was great to have a kitchen and washer since we had been traveling for an extended time. Kitchen was bare bones, and didn’t even have a cork screw. That was fine for us, as we mostly just wanted a refrigerator to store some things for simple breakfast or snacks. Only reason I can’t give a better review is because we awoke one morning to no water. There was no warning, and we were unable to reach anyone to help us. There is no front desk, so there wasn’t anyone to go to. We ended up having to switch hotels.
We were able to see the Semana Santa processions from the window.

Limpieza

En general, en muy buen estado y céntrico, pero no se realiza limpieza diaria y no hay productos de limpieza ni para la lavadora, no es normal tener que comprar friegasuelos, lejía y demás par una semana de estancia, deberían estar incluidos, y detergente para la lavadora par poder lavar las toallas, por lo menos.

O apartamento é perfeito. Localização maravilhosa; fizemos todas as atrações a pé. Único local até hoje que considero a limpeza impecável. Aparentemente o prédio foi todo Reformado a pouco tempo. Banho e cama, inclusive para quem dorme na sala, muito bons. Todo equipado e funcionando. O atendimento é muito eficiente e a atenção do Antonio, com suas dicas da cidade, foi um primor. O estacionamento distante uns 150metros nos serviu muito bem ao custo de 20 euros. Muitos bons locais para comer próximo do apto.

Fantastic Siloe Plaza

We loved everything about Siloe Plaza. Location was amazing, right across the street from the cathedral. There was coffee, a good washing machine, excellent bathroom, and very comfortable beds. Check-in was a very pleasant affair with a very helpful woman. The space was beautiful. We had a lot of fun looking for the utensils.

Otimo hotel com cozinha e lavar roupa

Os quartos dEste “hotel” sao tipo apartamentos completos, muito bons. Possuem cozinha totalmente equipada e garrafinha de vinho de cortesia. Também possuem maquina de lavar roupa com sabão disponivel no quarto e varal para estender e secar. Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos com vista a catedral e da para ir caminhando ate Alhambra

Great location!

Great location! Lovely modern apartment and super helpful reception. This hotel is right next to the Cathedral, we walked to most tourist attractions, shopping and resturants. We took taxi to visit Ahambra and taxi stand was just 5mins away.

Nice place in good location. Only problem is that it is extremely noisy during the night as party goers roam the street on which the hotel sits. Apparently, windows are unable to shut out noise, which lasted throughout the night.

This was the best accommodation we had during our stay in Spain and we would definitely return. It made our stay in Grenada extra special. Apartment was a good size, well equipped, bright with large windows and Juliette balconies overlooking the square behind the cathedral. The location was great with good resteraunts close by and a supermarket around the corner.

Nice easy stay, staff were lovely. Apartment is in an excellent position, right in the middle of all the action. Apartment was modern and had all the basic amenities you would want. Super comfy bed and pillows with nice crisp sheets. Only thing I would change, is to have a proper full-sized ironing board. I am having trouble getting to grips with these little ones :)

2박 3일 머무름

리셉션분이 너무나 친절하셨고, 숙소 청결상태가 매우 좋습니다. 세탁기도 있어 여행기간 중간에 빨래할수있어 좋았어요 그리고 숙소 위치가 참 좋아요! 대로변에 근접해 안전하고 공항버스 이용할때도 광장으로 갈때도 모두 가까웠습니다.
