The building itself is a bit old but it’s well maintained and cleaned. The location is not too bad but a bit far from the central area on foot. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel is stunning! Walking up the spiral staircase was a dream and I hardly took the elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and very pretty. Overall an excellent stay, though I did see what other reviews mentioned which was that the property could use some maintenence. Little light flickers, a tap that sometimes drips, etc. But the charm of the building is more than enough to make up for that.

Front desk, housekeeping and restuarant staff all friendly and helpful. Pool and area around pool very well kept and nice atmosphere. Food at restaraunt was excellent and reasonably proxed. Breakfast Buffet was ok, other than cold eggs if any and limited fresh fruit, but nice selection of bakery goods.

Unhelpful staff on arrival as the parking was full and a long walk in 40dc heat from the public parking. Very tired rooms, broken AC that was reported but never fixed. Broken toilet seat. Lights not working. Its a 2 star hotel not 4. Ordered food at pool bar and it took 2 hours to arrive. Good location and pool. No customer service. Wouldn't stay again.

Very happy customers

As two kiwi travellers, we had an excellent time at Hotel Los Angeles. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, beautiful views from the balcony and nice and quiet. Very close to the centre of town and Alhambra. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious and probably the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Los Angeles!!

Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice.

Not a hotel decorated to my taste. The lighting was awfull both in the room and the dining area. there were big spots of mould int the shower area. The breakfast was quite dull, and not very healthy But the staff was very friendly and the price was fine compared to the standard so if you just need a place to stay then the hotel is fine

Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket. The location is perfect . Your walking distance from the Alhambra and great tapas restaurants and shopping . The hotel has an excellent pool and restaurant. They were quick to fix an issues with our AC. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice with a wide variety of options .
