Hi, first of all, thank you for your email. Although we don't like negative reviews, we are aware that we can't always get good ones; and second, sorry for taking my time to answer, but I was trying to cool off. What you say is not true entirely. The day you left, you told me that you had no hot water on both nights. I asked you why didn't you tell me before, as when leaving, there is nothing I could do. The other guest had mentioned this the day before, I went and rebooted the boiler (when gas stops coming through from the gas supply, not our fault) it automaticaly stops). Since nobody else complained, I assumed it was OK. About the noise, again, why do you wait until c/out to tell me? If you had told me the first night, I could have spoken to them. You told me that you did not coincide with the 7 hours that we have the reception open: 10.00-14.00 and from 17.00-20.00, but you could have left a note on the reception (there is always a note pad and a pen) or sent us an email. But if you tell me all these problems when you leave... And it is not true that you send emails that we not answered. I did answer the first one, when I gave you, again, a detailed explanation about the hot water. You mentioned that you didn't know how hot the hot water (?) was in Granada... And I have copies of your and my reply. True that I didn't answer your second one, but you sent it with my reply, so please don't say that you didn't receive any answers to your emails. I am very sorry that you had a negative experience, but if you had told us during your first night, perhaps we could have solved the problems. And I am very, very sorry that you are disappointed with us. As most of our guest know, we go out of our way to make your experience with us a good one. Regards,
