Location was perfect and staff were more than helpful both in restaurant and reception. Everywhere was clean and entertainment in the evening was a bonus.

Rengøring, ingen rengøring i 3 dage så rengøring i 3 dagen, sengetøj passer ikke til dyne, for lille, sengen var lagt i stykker.

When we arrived on Saturday night we were told that because we were the last ones to book in we had to stay in the hotel next door due to our room having electrical problems and it would be ready the next day. i asked what room number we were in and I was told 711. We were given a safe and iron as compensation? When we went to the hotel next door we were given a room on the third floor no lift and nobody helped with our luggage. As it was only one day we couldn’t really unpack and had to try and find our sleepwear and toiletries. Next day we went back and the room still wasn’t ready the receptionist phoned someone up and was told that it was being cleaned and would take another hour. Later that day we went back and was given the key to room 609? When I questioned this all they said was that the lady on reception last night got it wrong. By the time we got to our room and unpacked and finally started our holiday we had lost most of the morning and some of the afternoon. Later on in the holiday I overheard another couple was told the same thing and apparently a few other had to spend one night in the hotel next door. It seems that the hotel have been overbooked so out us up in the hotel next door. This is unacceptable as I didn’t book the other hotel. I look forward to your response
