海辺のきれいなホテル
海辺のホテルなので、シービューのお部屋がお勧めです。仕事できたのですが、家族でのんびり来れたらいいなぁというホテルです。歯ブラシやスリッパもありました。朝食も美味しく種類があります。夕方には、ロビーで生演奏が聴けました。

シングルの部屋に宿泊しました。 良かった点。ホテルを出るとすぐにビーチで、周辺にはミニスーパーやレストランがあり、不自由しません。また、8Fのプールからの海の眺望は最高です。今回結構いろんなリクエストや質問をしましたがフロントの皆さんはニコニコして非常によかったです。朝食は豪華で非常に満足。 ちょっと気になった点。海外のホテルにしては狭い印象。コーヒーメーカーやポットがないのはちょっと残念。毎晩1階でライブが行われており、吹き抜けを通じてほぼ全館に音が聞こえます。音が気になる人はちょっと苦手かもしれません。場所的に仕方ないのか、インターネットは遅いです。。。

Wunderschönes Hotel wie auf den Fotos. Es duftet angenehm im Hotel nach Blumen. Ich hatte 16 Kleiderbügel in meinem Schrank. Concierge Helmut ist sehr charmant. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. In 14 Tagen dort Abends immer abwechslungsreich und lecker am Buffett gegessen. Promenade auch direkt vorm Hotel, war für Spaziergänge super und immer was los. Würde jederzeit wieder dorthin kommen.

Mooi hotel maar vooral als je een kamer met zee zicht hebt anders kijk je tegen gebouwen aan bij iemand in de huiskamer. Parkeren mogelijk maar beperkt.

Es war wirklich toll, die Unterkunft hält was die verspricht, nur der Safe kostet 1,20/Tag extra, das ist kleinlich, Liegestühle Sonnenschirm inbegriffen.Man braucht keine Badeschuhe, oben ohne ist auch kein Problem der pool oben im 8.Stock ist toll

A 4* star hotel with a fantastic beachside location in the heart of Las Palmas with easy access to the sights, local restaurants and transport links. Excellent food options provided by the hotel the added facilities of a heated roof top swimming pool SPA & Gym. Friendly attentive staff highly recommended .

Ett hotell att återkomma till
Så fint hotell med en fantastisk pergola att sitta och äta eller dricka något gott, och bara ett par steg ner till stranden. Liljorna i foajén underbart vackra och sprider en härlig doft. Bra personal och service.

In general everything in the hotel was perfect. The only irritating thing was that in the Internet pages (”Frequently asked questions”) it is said that the hotel offers transfer service from/to the airport provided that the customer contacts the reception before the flight. I sent a e-mail one day before but didn’t receive any answer.

Här trivs vi! Fantastiskt hotell med Spa, gym och pool på taket. Vid Playa de Las Canteras, nära till stranden och havet. Trevlig personal! Bra service och god mat i matsalen. Enkelt att ta bussen från flygplatsen!

Rooms are very outdated needs refurb staff not very helpful at all !!!!! First room practically sat in car park on balcony asked to move they wouldn’t had to get Expedia involved they called the hotel and helped !!! Television very poor Location fabulous , breakfast great

SPA - Virkelig på tide med oppdatering!
Fint hotell, hyggelig personalet. Men en av grunnene til hotellvalget var SPA. Men den var så utdatert, trang og trasig. Spabassenget var vannet lunket, neste kaldt. Samme var vannet saltvann rommet. Badstuen var det så vist plass til 2.stk som måtte sitte helt inntil hverandre. Ikke pålegg om dusjing før bruk av SPA. Virkelig på tide med oppdatering…!

Hotellet är mycket fint. Rummet var stort och badrummet fantastiskt. Sängen var mycket bekvämt. Frukosten var också en höjdare med allt man kan önska. Allt var suveränt. Jag verkligen rekommenderar hotellet.

I was disappointed with the room I got having paid around €700 for 3 nights. The Junior suite was almost like an office. The view was dreadfull as it looked onto the car park and other residential buildings. I thought having ordered a suite, it at least came with a sea view!

Es un gran hotel su lobby es hermoso y tiene muchos restaurantes,su buffet para desayuno es muy variado y todo estaba delicioso,la zona de la piscina y el spa están a otro nivel,las habitaciones se ven un poco anticuadas para la calidad de hotel pero son cómodas como sugerencia diría que deben modernizar sus habitaciones pero en todo lo demás mi experiencia fue genial.
