"We had an amazing stay at AisHa Apartment! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a perfect stay. The rooms were cozy, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire place felt fresh and beautifully designed. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. "Stayed here for 2 nights and would recommend the place. It is as described in the pictures and was very clean and tidy inside. The host was very responsive to my messages and catered for my late check-in without any issues (I arrived at 11pm). Contact through WhatsApp was efficient and check-out was very straight forward too. I stayed alone, but this would be suitable for 2 people, anymore and you might feel a bit cramped. The view from the balcony is great"

"I texted when we landed at the airport and was told to go to a restaurant. There they told me our apartment had issues and we would be in hotel rooms. We needed the washing machine and kitchen though. We were never notified of this change until we actually arrived to check in. The rooms were nice so no complaints to with then but we would have preferred to stay in the place we rented. My daughter has many food allergies so I bring her food to prepare and was not able to prepare that food."

Art Boutique Hotel Berat

10/10 Excellent

"Great location at end of promenade. Lovely boutique hotel with great personal service, anticipating my needs. Room very clean, beautifully designed and comfortable. Very generous breakfast included. Happily recommend!"

White City Hotel & Restaurant

10/10 Excellent

"Couldn’t ask for a better location! The room was good….a couple of minor problems…the plug for the hair dryer didn’t work, but we were able to go next door to an empty room to use one, and one of the bedside lights didn’t work. The climb up 3 flights of stairs wasn’t fun if you have mobility problems, but overall we were very satisfied, and having breakfast was a bonus😁"

Te Gjyshi (at Grandfather)

10/10 Excellent

"Staff let me stash my bags while I explored the castle for 5 hours, and then again after checkout while I walked around town. Room was super clean, and the shower was the best I've had in awhile. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a full meal and not just a pastry. View from the room was pretty great, too. Heads up to open a window when you shower, or the bedroom will fill up with steam. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Berat."

Bujtina Kapllani

8/10 Good

"Great spot near the Charles Bridge. Lovely building and super charming room. The staff were a bit busy and seemed distracted which was a shame. Breakfast great and filling. You can walk anywhere in town from here. Spotless bedroom and good linen. Definitely recommend. Staff could be a bit friendlier, where are the smiles?"

Hotel Berati
