Family friendly central cottage

This property is in the most central location you could possibly want. Located only 50 meters away from the main shopping center.
Walk to the Golf, Bowling RSL and Workers clubs as well as the many restaurants and Pubs.
You have three Queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge room.
The bath room is family friendly with a bath for the kiddos or those of us that like to have a soak.
Large laundry with washer and dryer and room to store all those suit cases and bags to keep you room free of clutter.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with 3 stools and a dining table with room for 6 diners.
The home is furnished with a mix of new and vintage pieces giving it a beautiful homely feeling you will feel at home in.
The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the kitchen dining area and an additional gas heater in the lounge room.

Easy keypad entry allowed us to come and go separately when we wanted.The three bedrooms were all comfortable, with the front two quite spacious.The living area was very spacious and comfortable.

Nice sized, one level cottage in the middle of Goulburn.Theres no garden but its an easy walk to Belmore Park, the beds were comfy, there was minimal street noise and kitchen well appointed.

Nice and close to town

We loved our stay in Goulburn. The house was very clean and well equipped. It was nice arriving to a warm house too. We were also close to shops and restaurants.

Goulburn ASBK trip

The cottage was an ideal base for our trip to Goulburn. It is a very comfortable and well presented home. It is only a short walk to the cafes and restaurants with a supermarket in close proximity.

Convenient and clean

This was our 2nd stay at the house. The house is clean and comfortable with lots of extra personal touches. We come for rep soccer weekends for the kids and it is perfect for our needs. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the rest of the team staying in motels and an easy drive to the soccer fields. We will definitely be back.

Ideal location

A great little property, ideally located close to the main street and local clubs, shopping centre and train station. Plenty of room for the family and the house was clean and the provided amenities were good. The only issue we had was accessing the off street parking because cars would angle park across the driveway.

A little Gem !

Wow... we were so thankful to be able to stay in this wonderful property. It suited our needs perfectly. Our trip was a very last minute trip and Tracy was awesome in accommodating us. Location right in the town centre and across the road from supermarkets and "coffee" :) was such a bonus. Would highly recommend. Wonderful !!

A great option in Goulburn

Fantastic central location in Goulburn. Easy walk to everything you need. The property has been beautifully renovated and styled. Everything was very clean and well presented. We wanted a bit more space than what a motel affords and this was the perfect option. Very reasonably priced too. The house is located adjacent to an auto repair shop, but that didn't bother us. This is our new go-to when travelling to Goulburn. Thank for the welcome chocolates too!
