Host was great to work with and very polite. Room was super clean and always had what we needed. Good central location for entertainment and activities.

We stayed here the night before climbing Fuji. A relaxing stay with a great host. She did not speak English but we used translation apps to communicate and she was very helpful and informative. There are room instructions written in English. Great space for four people and not far from station and convenience stores and restaurants.

If I could give less than one star I would. We were not provided with the check-in instructions and were left without accommodation when we arrived. We wasted half a day trying to get in contact with the hosts without success. Do Not stay at this property.
