The apartment is in the "Vier Jahreszeiten" building, centrally yet quietly located, right across from the spa park with a playground, mini-golf, boules, and activities for all ages. Kranichsee and the swimming lake Kulmbacher Teich are a short walk away, ideal for strolls, relaxing, or swimming in summer. Shops, including groceries, are just a 2-minute walk.



Active guests are well catered for: The valley station for the cable car and chairlift to Bocksberg is only 80 meters away, offering hiking trails, a lodge, summer toboggan run, slide towers, mountain bike and downhill tracks, and—depending on the season—ski slopes and sledding. The famous Liebesbankweg hiking trail starts right at your door.



Apartment Bergzauber is modern, cozy, and lovingly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave/grill/convection combo, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The living and sleeping area features a comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, seating, and TV. The modern bathroom has a shower.
