「This place is beautiful. Very comfortable. Location is convenient, we walked with our suitcases to & from the Amsterdam Central Station. Beautiful views from the window along the canal. The property manager was very knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations for restaurants and grocery store, etc. Note: Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!」

「Very clean, quiet apartment on a backwater canal. 5 minute walk to buses and local restaurants/shopping. Sebastian is an excellent host. We walked from Amsterdam Centraal train station as it was Kings Day and crazy busy. Took about 30 minutes. After we got used to the buses we had access to everything.」

「This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!」

「Mario was the best host; so easy to communicate with and genuinely kind. We appreciate his responsiveness and the laundry service. The apartment is large, comfortable for 6 people (we had 5). There is not a lift and the stairs can be challenging if you are above floor 2. The apartment is well stocked and furnished. Location is great; right in the heart of De Wallen. We would stay here again for sure. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. The location was very central and convenient. Evert greeted us on arrival, carried our heavy bags up the winding staircase, explained the area and the town to us, and provided us with ample supplies of coffee, tea, juice and a number of “goodies”. We left early in the morning but Evert was there again to carry our bags down and say good-bye. A great host.」

Quiet neighborhood most of the time (except we did hear some loud voices on Friday night for just a short time as they passed by; but that was only the exception). Host/hostess was very responsive. 「Besonders toll ist die Lage der Wohnung, direkt an einer Gracht und ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Der Vermieter Hans war sehr nett und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Wer selber kochen möchte... uns haben Kleinigkeiten gefehlt...Suppenteller, eine Schöpfkelle... war aber nicht wirklich schlimm. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern und wirklich schön. Handtücher im Bad gibt es leider nur 3 große Badetücher. Trockentücher, Spülllappen ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist modern und liebevoll dekoriert....

「トラムの駅からとても近く、旅程を計画し易く便利です。周辺は、とても静かで、受付の方も皆さんとても感じが良いです。ソファーベットも使っての3人での宿泊でしたが、スーツケースを充分広げられるスペースがあります。途中のタオル交換もドアノブに依頼の札を掛けておくだけで、きちんと交換してくれていました。 ホテル内のレストランは、味も雰囲気も店員さんも完璧です、美味しく頂きました。 アムステルダムでの宿泊にとてもお勧めしたいホテルでした。コスパ最高でした。」
