「This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. 「ローマまで南下する途中で寄りました。周辺にはチンクエテッレなどがありますが、どこどこには行くべき等親切に教えてくれました。ベランダからはLa Speziaの街を一望でき、そこでとる朝食はプライスレス！また行きます！」

「チェックインの場所とお部屋は別の建物でした。チェックイン時に対応してくれた男性のスタッフはとても感じが良く親切に対応してくれました。彼がオススメしてくれたレストランはとても美味しく、またラスペツァに行く事があれば行きたいです。お部屋も清潔でインテリアも素敵で快適に過ごせました。　ただ、エスプレッソマシンが故障していて使用出来なかった事が小さな難点でしたが、それ以外は100点でした‼︎‼︎ 」

The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. 」

「Beautiful apartment with roof terrace. Best location , less than 1 minute from the beach and everything you need just around the corner. Came with a very nice Italian breakfast Big bonus daily at a restaurant around the corner . Everything was just perfect for us , the only thing there’s a bar right underneath pumping hard music sometimes till 3am . Was not a problem for us we have teens so we enjoyed the music and always went down for some drinks and good food. Would stay at the same place...

「The most helpful and kid host and staff. Giovanna went above and beyond communicating and making great suggestions for my stay. The location is excellent, very near the station if you plan to use this as your base station to visit Cinque Terre and surroundings. Restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacy and supermarkets are very near, within 5-6 minutes from the apartment. Even though the place itself is a bit outdated, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Thank you!」
