Golden Eagle Express Gondola

This is a very dated property. Our room was really cold and heating was not working, you have to request to have heating on. The control in the room did not work properly and then it was very hot in the middle of the night. Pillows are very small, but comfortable. Bath is very small and toiletries are not big enough for 1 person. When you enter the hotel, a really hot air is blown on you. Didn't like that at all. Will not be using thi hotel anymore.

Room was clean and quiet, and the bed’s pillows gave my neck good support. Location was very convenient for getting around downtown and to sporting events.

There's a cluster of hotels in this area and this one has been my fave so far. I like that it has Moxie's attached to it and it was open late so we could eat dinner on our schedule. There were beverage and snack vending machines on each floor. What I didn't like was that the bathroom faucets were complicated. They should switch out all the shower and bathroom sink faucets for something normal. Also, when we turned on the shower (in more than one room), the shower sprayed toward the shower opening and because the faucet was complicated, the floor got soaked trying to stop it. Kind of silly set up. But other than that, I would stay again. The hotel felt big, I didn't hear my neighbours.
