"This was easily one of the nicest stays I've ever had. The host was kind, communicative, and incredibly accommodating. The house is easily the best-stocked and thought out property I've stayed in. Little details, like having cooking oil and spices, made the house feel homey. Amenities like a carport and outlet for an engine block heater, and washer/dryer add convenience. Location feels private, but close to town. Property was spotless and well-maintained. Easy 5/5 stars - thank you, Ginger!"

"Our stay in this Fairbanks cabin was the highlight of our trip! It’s perfectly positioned for enjoying both the town and the mountains. We even caught the Northern Lights right from the property!The space was clean, cozy, and far better than a hotel—the kids could play in the snow and hop right back inside to warm up. Having a full kitchen for our favorite meals and a washer/dryer (which meant lighter packing!) made everything so easy. We couldn't have picked a better spot!"

"Property is amazing. Nice open area to view Northern Lights. Home is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Only 15 minutes to Fairbanks but still far enough away to enjoy a rural feeling due to the type of neighborhood in which it is located.We ran into a few issues not related to the property. The host was there to help. Communication was fabulous."

"The cabin was very clean, warm, and comfortable. Tucked away in the woods. Great views. Saw two moose in the neighbor's yard. We had all we needed at our finger tips. Would definitely stay here again. It was -20 highs and -30 lows, 3ft of snow on the ground during our stay. Everything is beautiful under this snow."

"Typically the house you rent on a vacation doesn't make much of a difference for your experience. This home, without a doubt, was the BEST part of my vacation. Even better than seeing the Northern Lights (twice!). It exceeded my expectations in every way. I had a group of 10 guests. The beds were comfortable, clean, and Mavrik helped us by bringing in a pull-out bed so that we could sleep comfortably. He was incredibly communicative.The layout of the living area (and that EPIC couch) is unmatched. We watched movies, we had deep conversations, we sang Karaoke (shoutout to whoever left their Youtube account logged in on the TV!) The house was simply built for community.AND THE POOL! We hot tubbed, we sauna'ed, we played in the pool, and had so much fun between our adventures in the snow.The kitchen is gorgeous and clean. The cookware is brand-new and built for hosting. Every morning, we'd just sip our coffee from the fully-stocked Keurig bar and enjoy the 360 degree views of the peaceful, snowy atmosphere. The windows make you feel like you're in a snowglobe!I will be bringing my family back next year just because I've never experienced something so special. In terms of location and practicality -- the house is about 10 minutes from town, so very convenient to stock up on food. The roads were maintained well and we never got stuck in the snow. The house is also relatively isolated from neighbors, so it felt like we had all of Fairbanks to ourselves."

"My daughter and I spent four nights in this beautiful, cozy cabin in January. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed. The host was generous and responsive. The cabin was conveniently located just out of town and in the hills, yet a quick drive to everything. We were surrounded by trees but could step onto the driveway to see the aurora. I highly recommend staying here."

"The host never responded to us at any point. She did not send us the code for the key to get in to the place. We were only able to get in at all because of a friendship with the people who rent another place on the same property who were able to contact the property manager. Then once we did get inside, there was no water available. Most likely it was frozen. But we had to haul water from another location in order to even be able to flush the toilet during our stay. Showers were not an option available to us. The host never apologized or contacted us at all."
