とにかく立地がいい。特にCavill Avenue駅が近いので、大きなスーツケースを持っての移動も楽だった。（Cavill Avenue駅はホテルのメインエントランスではなく、裏口？からだと本当に目の前） このホテルに限らずですが、飲食店やスーパーなど、どこのスタッフも感じがよく、過ごしやすかった。 部屋はパノラマオーシャンビューだったので、とても景色がよかった。 クラブラウンジは2階なので眺望はなし。カクテルタイムの料理はサラダとホットミール少しとチーズぐらいなので、あまり期待しない方がいいですが、その日のおすすめカクテルを作ってくれます。 全体的にはそれなりによかったのですが、2日目の夜にゴキ○○が出たため眠れず疲れた。 これは仕方ないのかもしれませんが。

サーファーズパラダイスの目の前、GLINKの駅も近く、交通の弁は最高です。 ただ、繁華街のど真ん中に位置するためしょうがないですが、目の前にクラブがあり深夜までうるさいです。静かな環境を求める方にはおすすめしません。 私は寝る時にノイズキャンセリング機能付きのイヤホンを装着すれば騒音が気になりませんでした。 近くにコンビニもスーパーもあり、繁華街近くなので観光もしやすく、地理的には最高です！ 旅の目的次第ですが、私はよかったです。

ストレスの多いホテル
立地は大変良い。 一泊と日を変えて4泊利用したが、清掃については他の方も書かれていたように2回の利用の際に2回とも、前に利用された方の痕跡が残ったまま。 マイナスのイメージから入って利用すれば普通に過ごせると思う。 朝食レストランとクロークのスタッフの皆さんの対応は素晴らしかった。

ビーチ、トラム乗り場、飲食店が歩いて直ぐ。 部屋からの眺望は正面にビーチが見えると思ってましたが、側面側の部屋でしたので、ちょっとイメージと違いましたが、ベランダでビーチを見ながらくつろげます。

全体的に清潔感があって、快適だったが、共有エリア(廊下など)の臭いが少し強く苦手だった。アメニティに歯ブラシを置いて欲しかった。 ティッシュが置かれていたが、数枚で終わってしまったので予備を用意して置くなどしてほしい。

8月に家族で利用させてもらいました。 私達の英語力の無さに思うように要望が伝わらず悪戦苦闘していると、フロントのスタッフの方が察して下さったのか、わざわざ日本人のキッチンスタッフ？の方を呼んで下さり滞在中は大変お世話になりました。KYOKOさんありがとうございました！とても心強かったです。 またゴールドコーストに行く機会がありましたらHiltonを利用させて頂きたいと思います。

ソフト面はパーフェクト！ハード面頑張ってください〜
スタッフも親切でフレンドリー、とても気持ちの良いサービスだったのですがハード面でトイレとシャワーに仕切りが全くなくシャワーカーテン一枚のみ。ビシャビシャ状態でした。外国の安いホテルでも最近は見かけないようなスタイルをまさか世界のヒルトンで見かけるとはという印象でした。

House keeping was terrible. They're not doing anything at all. All they did is just really basic cleaning didn't even empty rubbish bin. Don't understand why it takes so long at all.

Great location and facilities. One negative is some of the rooms are a bit tired looking in particular carpets and bathroons and could do with a makeover. Our first stay (1 night) we had a reasonably significant leak with rain coming in the window in a bedroom and were just given towels and told not to worry. That was pretty poor but minor in the scheme of our whole stay.

The room was very stuffy!! No rubbish bags for the bins, stains on the bed and our neighbours had a party and we couldn’t sleep until 2am. However, location is very convenient.
