Place was great, especially for the price. Staff were amazing and friendly, the apartment, pool, spa and sauna were all nice. The location was amazing and it was quite peaceful for being near everything you could need. Only thing worth noting for others would be the bed was very firm. Not terrible, but just to be aware if your preference is softer.

Great location and fantastic views. Unfortunately the apartment had a unpleasant odour when closed up for the day. And 10 dollar rent for 2 Beach towels seemed a bit rich considering it is one of the more expensive apartments on the coast . Otherwise its a very pleasant place to holiday.

Excellent location for a family holiday

Family holiday, couldn’t have enjoyed our trip more. Location was great, being across the road from the beach and a short stroll to Broadbeach shops as well as 2 small cafes nearby. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the facilities such as the tennis court and pool. Customer service from the team at the front desk was exceptional. Thanks Boulevard North we had a lovely trip!

We loved our stay because of the view from our balcony, across the road from the beach, comfortable rooms, walkable distance to shopping centre and surf club. No road noise only the sound of the ocean. Te pool is also lovely. We also appreciated the friendly helpfulness of the reception staff especially the gentleman on arrival...excellent service.

This property is one I will be frequently staying at from now on. The staff are lovely they went above and beyond! The facilities have just been upgrades and the reception area is lovely. For the cost and what you get I would recommend anyone single or family to stay here.
