Your holiday home is close to everything- Beach, shops, bars, casino...

Overlooking spectacular Broadbeach coastline, this prime two-storey apartment is located directly opposite one of Gold Coast’s coveted beaches featuring a breathtaking view set amongst tranquil surrounds. Located a short stroll to the very popular eat streets of Gold Coast and the The Star Gold Coast casino, and a 5 minute drive to the grand Pacific Fair for all your shopping needs.

You are situated on the 3rd and 4th floor with panoramic views of the ocean. Enjoy the premier position in Broadbeach with the Kurrawa Surf Club, Surf parade (popular street for food and drinks), and Oasis Shopping mall all within a 500m walk. A must-do experience every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month is the Broadbeach markets which are held in the centrally positioned park adjacent to the Kurrawa Surf Club and the Oasis Shopping Centre which is a 5 minute stroll away from our apartment.

Our holiday apartment is your next beach pad. It's bright, clean and relaxed living for your stay in the Gold Coast.

You have a fully equipped kitchen with a full family sized fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, jug, and coffee pod machine. All your cooking and eating utensils. Complimentary coffee, tea and sugar is provided to get you started.

A washing machine and dryer, along with an ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience. All three bathrooms include complimentary toiletries, and hand towels. All three bedrooms linen are also provided to cater for the exact number of guests specified for your stay.

An 8-seat dining suite lets you dine for a larger group. A smart TV can be used for streaming Netflix movies, TV shows and YouTube. The spectacular view from the living room and master bedroom encompasses the ocean.

Watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning or the sunset over the hinterland in the evening.

The host was quick to respond when we had questions. The location and views were excellent. There was a shortage of supplies such as towels and toilet paper. Two towels per person and two extra rolls of toilet paper would have been perfect. It was spacious unit but could use a little maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The location is wonderful. Right on the beach with the bike path right out the door and Lime bikes right outside. Lots of walkable food and drink options. The upstairs master bedroom is roomy and very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out on the balconies.Negative: The place needs updating, and wasn't as clean as we would have liked. The cabinet was falling off the hinges in the master bath, blinds were dirty, and there was water dripping from black mold out on the patio, even when it hadn't rained in days. There wasn't much info given to us on the property, and it took us a while to figure out how to get in and out of the parking garage, or use the oven or coffee maker. (This could have been that we weren't from Australia!). But more direction would have been nice.

This accomodation was truly beautiful, so comfortable, we had everything we needed and the freshly cut flower arrangement was a stunning touch, the scent fills every space. The beach / sea view from the lounge and the rooftop space are amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!! Location perfect, across road and on the beach, easy stroll to Broadbeach shops, lively area yet still relaxing vibe. Was perfect for my family which ranged in ages from 10 to their 70 year old grandparents. Property itself is well appointed and furnished nicely. Love the fact this is pet friendly (our cavoodle loved his stay) awesome modern two big screen TVs, only 3 levels (lift always there) upstairs/downstairs ocean view balcony’s, huge upstairs parents space and kitchen features. The host was contactable and very nice to deal with. Had an issue on check in with cleaner not leaving key and perhaps attention to gutter on lower outside balcony. Overall would highly recommend this for short or long stay for all ages.

Fabulous location directly opposite patrolled beach with ocean views. Short walk to shops and restaurants. The layout of the apartment was perfect for grandparents with family including young adult grandchildren. The fact that their dog could come was such a bonus. Everyone enjoyed the location.

Beautiful property in amazing location

We visited Broadbeach with our children and grandchildren and found this unit to be very comfortable for everyone. It was only a short walk to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately for us it rained for the whole time we were there, so we didn't get to sit outside on the verandahs, or use the pool, but that's just a great excuse to return for another visit. We would certainly stay here again.

Check in and commutation with the hosts was really good, beds were comfy and kitchen facilities were good as well. The building is quite old and the place could do with a renovation, but the location balances things out for you.

Great location and accommodation. Would have been good to have enough bin bags and dishwashing tablets for length of stay but apart from that would recommend this to anyone. Communication from host was prompt. Would definitely stay there again.
