「２０１６年４月１２日から９０１号に５泊しました。予約したカテゴリーとは違う部屋でした。フロントのポールとレスリーはとてもフレンドリーで助けになってくれます。アーリーチェックインを希望しておりましたが、快くアレンジしてくれましたしその夜に来たエクスペディアからの簡易アンケートに”お湯が出ない”と回答するとすぐに連絡があり状況を把握する努力をしていました。私自身ここゴールドコーストは６度目ですが、ここが一番施設が古く戸惑いました。オーブンレンジや洗濯機のダイアルを合わせるインジケーターはもはや判別ができないほどに消えかかっていてどこに合わせていいかはほぼ感に頼っていましたし、ベットは２世代前のマットレスとフレームでした。私としては次に同じ部屋だと断るでしょう。」

Woken on first morning by jack hammer on wall behind bed in next door unit. Although promised no thurs Fri or sat and Sunday work would be happening only sat and sun free of noise. We should have been informed by owner that this was going to be happening and offered different dates. Only one towel each for two weeks, no bath mats or face...
