気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
This was the worst experience that I have had with a vacation stay, I DO NOT recommend. When I arrived for check in, the staff was just putting the finishing touches on "cleaning" my room. I left and came back - when I entered, it smelled nicely and was cute, I even texted the host that I loved the room and that is smelled nice. I left my luggage and quickly had to leave for a scheduled commitment. When I returned, I was ready to wind down, I just laid down on top of the comforter and watched tv for a while until I got sleepy. When I turned down the covers, I was horrified to see FILTHY sheets with sand/dirt in them (all of this I have on photo/video), hair, and makeup on the pillows. The linens had obviously not been changed. I texted the host at 3:09 a.m. about getting some new linens, and his immediate solution was for me to pack up all of my belongings and drive to another location that they had available! I told him absolutely not, that I just wanted some fresh linens. He brought the linens within 10 minutes, offered to make my bed but I told him that I would do it. Woke up the next morning and stepped out of bed to my floor being flooded with water - The fridge was leaking. Sugar ants were all over the wall. The smoke alarm started chirping incessantly (host had to switch out battery.) The shower had several hairs from the previous occupant. The host refunded my cleaning fee ($17.00).
