「The house is very well accommodating and clean, I appreciated how previous guest have left seasoning, food, condiments ect. In the fridge for following guest. Beds were very comfy to sleep in.」

「The apartment was nice in the very hot weather. It stayed pretty cool eventhough outside temps were in the high 80's. The location was fantastic for our work and for doing town things. The only things that brought this down from a 5 star for overall rating is the hot water takes forever to reach the apartment and sometimes a lot of noise from upstairs, particularly over the master bedroom. The hosts were very friendly. I would stay again!」

「I frequently make trips to Monroe and always stay at the Evergreen Inn. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping and easy freeway access. The room decor has been updated and is very pleasant, t.he bed is comfortable and the bathroom very roomy. The provided breakfast goes far beyond the usual continental breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh pastries and my favorite, Belgian waffles. Service is always pleasant and helpful. 」
