Olha hotel antigo, as fotos não condiz com o local. Cama desconfortável, no anuncio diz que tem pillow top e não é verdade. Elevador muito antigo, chega a assustar. O ar condicionado muito antigo de janela e muito barulho.

Boa localização do prédio, a equipe de funcionários da recepção bem atenciosos. Condições de limpeza da acomodação ótimas, bem dividida, sala, cozinha e quarto, duas sacadas, ótima acomodação. Café da manhã muito bom, boa variedade de produtos, funcionário do restaurante atencioso. Ponto negativo: a falta de fogão ou pelo menos microondas na cozinha, para esquentar alimentos, e a falta de TV na sala, acho que se for para apenas uma TV, é melhor na sala. No geral, muito boa a estadia.

Foi decepcionante e diferente.

Eu já desconfiava que não era um hotel, com procedimentos e estrutura voltada 100% para atendimento a hóspedes. Acho que pessoas moram nesse prédio. O café da manhã é bom, o check-in é bem informal, quando chegamos já tínhamos o quarto escolhido e a chave pronta. Não pediram qualquer tipo de documento. Quanto ao apartamento, precisa de uma reforma urgente. Ar condicionado muito antigo, barulhento e com cheiro, só funcionava manualmente e como era alto, sempre precisava subir na cama para qualquer acionamento. Uma das janelas estava descolando da parede, o que nos deixou com medo pois estava hospedando com 2 crianças. Não sentimos que estávamos dormindo em camas limpas. O som externo entra 100% para dentro do quarto, é tudo muito simples. Os azulejos do banheiro estão para cair, descolando da parede. Pelo preço pago, existem outras opções bem melhores. A localização é boa, apesar de um som muito alto (parecia carro de som) as 4 da manhã que durou um bom tempo.

Apesar do prédio não ser muito novo, a estadia foi excelente. A suíte é bem espaçosa com uma cozinha tipo americana conjugada e um excelente atendimento dos funcionários. Achei os elevadores um pouco antigos, mas nada que comprometesse a qualidade da estadia. Obs: senti falta de uma ducha higiênica no banheiro.

O prédio não é novo, mas atende bem a estadia. O destaque positivo são o funcionários: todos simpáticos e competentes, e a localização. Como ponto negativo: o elevador. Os demais comentários negativos que li aqui são exagerados. Minha estadia cumpriu com as expectativas e achei o valor justo.

Atmosfera um pouco triste

O hotel tem uma atmosfera um pouco triste, estranha, fria e claustrofóbica, embora tenha uma sacada. Parece ser uma mistura de moradores do local com eventuais hóspedes do hotel. Não tem shampoo no banheiro, só tem canal aberto na tv e o café da manhã, embora servido no quarto, por conta da pandemia, é bem limitado, sem frutas e com tudo descartável. Bem ruim. Wi-fi bom.

A estrutura é muito velha. O elevador é antigo e assusta. O quarto é apertado e mau ventilado. O ar condicionado é de gaveta, velho e barulhento. Pedi cama de casal e me colocaram com duas de solteiro, pequenas e estreitas. O banheiro velho, com cerâmica faltando. Chuveiro, torneiras, duchas e válvulas, velhas com defeito e vazamento. O café da manhã só tem o básico. Muito fraco.
