The cabin was roomy, inviting and clean. We enjoyed the Christmas tree and lights being up the week after Christmas :) The fireplace was nice and made the living room feel cozy.The dining table was great for family meals and board games.Beds were comfortable and rooms clean; the mattress in bedroom with bunk beds had a slight urine smell. Pillows were awesome. Some rooms got very hot and others chilly.Loved the kitchen; this host thinks of everything! The fridge has a compartment in the door with ice and filtered water which is great, but we didnt find it until the 3rd day. Cabin is equipped with nice brands of soaps, shampoos, cleaning supplies, and detergent. There were plenty of towels, wash cloths and toiletries.The air fryer was dirty, but hey there was an air fryer and I cleaned it easily. There are 4 very nice bathrooms that were very clean and stocked. The basement is a cool area, but we were a little bummed the fireplace wasn't hooked up down there.The massage chair and hot tub were awesome to have after carrying luggage, traveling, and skiing! We did have trouble keeping the heating regulated. Host is very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a really great stay with plenty of room for everyone. It's a great place for family vacationing!

Great space for a family of 10. Extremely clean and comfortable. The play space was a bonus to keep the younger ones occupied. Proximity to the interstate is great, but little to no road noise. Host very easy and pleasant to work with.

The property was clean and well kept. The owner has throught of many 'incidentals' to help us feel more at home including games for people of all ages, different sleeping quarters/arrangements, extra beach towels, dog bowls and bed, and the list goes on. Great place!

It was Wow!

Everything you could want or need is here and more. Great for our family gathering and birthday celebration. Big open spaces, beautiful wood everywhere, top appliances, game room and games adults s enjoyed, as well as the massage chair. Nice outdoor space and jacuzzi. It exceeded my expectations and kids loved that there was so much to do.

Beautiful home in a great location. Had everything we needed and all the space for 12 people to enjoy our vacation. Kitchen is beautiful. Outdoor space was great addition. Check in, communication and check out was easy.

Glenwood Family Vacation

We loved the property. The view of the canyon from the dining area was fantastic. The basement game room was really fun. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to cook in.

Really lovely and comfortable home with lots of private spaces for different family groups. Clean, comfortable, and attentive hosts. We had 4 different families staying together and we each had a wing or area of the house so it did not feel cramped. Wasn’t a huge fan of the water bed, but my teens loved the sloshiness. Note that the location is right off the highway. I was unhappy at first, but you can hear it at all from inside the home, and even outside the creek and highway blend together so you don’t feel the proximity. It also makes it much easier to get places since it’s such a fast pop onto the highway. The mountainside that the property is on is lovely, with lots of mountain sheep and birds. Only drawback was the time a mountain sheep kicked up a large rock on its climb which narrowly missed my husband at the bottom of the canyon by the stream!

Magical Memories!

We had 4 families with 6 kids ranging from 6 months to 9 years old. We had an absolutely wonderful time and the house was the center of all the fun. Perfectly laid out and equipped for just about anything. The location was perfect - close enough to all the fun and far enough to feel private. We initially were shocked at how close it was to the freeway and soon realized it was not an issue what so ever. The communication and access to the owners was top notch. Incredibly helpful and very responsive. We loved everything about the house and our stay in Glenwood Springs. If we are to return, I’d for sure rent this house again.

The setup of the house was great but the two rooms at the east side of the house were unbearably hot with no working AC which made for pretty restless nights and little sleep. The host provided fans and offered to have a tech come work on the AC but that would have interfered with our stay/family time in the house. Donna the host was incredibly responsive and the house was pretty well stocked. I think the number of people this house sleeps is a little deceiving given the waterbed in the garden level room is not fit for two people and the twin bed in the master is a cot - now a full twin. However they did have air beds you could use. A little feedback for future guests safety: the hot and cold handles in the bathroom sink off of the two queen bedroom are switched. The hot comes on with the cold handle and vise versa. The hot water heater must be set very high because it would be scalding water almost immediately- dangerous for my 3 old who washed her hands in there not knowing. Also, the deck in the back needs to be resurfaced/ refinished. It’s wobbly and poses danger for splinters. Overall, We had a good stay and loved Glenwood.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was the perfect space for our family, comfortable, clean, and plenty of space. The home was well stocked with toiletries, plenty of towels, and an ample supply of dishes, silverware and kitchen gadgets. The only small suggestion would be to add an extra pot or two for cooking, but otherwise, it had everything we needed.We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and spending time in the game room, such great amenities for family fun. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. This home is great for families or groups. It has plenty of space, amenities, and entertainment, It's convenient to Glenwood Springs and was pleasantly surprised that despite its proximity to the highway, it was quite and relaxing. I highly recommend this property.

Highly recommended awesome place for a getaway!

We all loved this place! We were all Impressed how beautiful, clean and it has everything that you needed. The location is perfect! It was close to placess and very accesible and there’s a very close hikimg trail from the house. On top of that, Ms. Donna is amazing host! Everytime I will message her, she responds quickly and very helpful. She even gave us tips at Glenwood hotsprings so we can get discounts! We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

Convenient location

SB Weekend Getaway with friends (small group of 3 couples).

We love to get away with close friends on Super Bowl weekend and this was our third year. Very cool house just outside of Glenwood Springs, and Donna was fantastic. Great communication, and very responsive. This house was perfect for us. and had everything we needed

Wonderful place for a family to vacation!

The property was very comfortable, offering some unique qualities like an outdoor hot tub, basement game room for kids and foyer that gave space for storage, coats, boots and snow pants. The only surprise we experienced was the basement bedroom having a waterbed. We weren’t expecting a waterbed, but it was not a problem. Donna, our host, was fabulous, especially about pet dogs and allowing us to arrive a day earlier so we could avoid traveling on winter highway conditions…she truly showed the holiday spirit!

Great location! Wonderful home

This home was everything we could have asked for! Lots of room for all 12 of us to hang out and eat together or space out and play games. Close to Glenwood for food or entertainment but there is really no reason to leave! Hiking trails behind the house and all around. We spent hours watching two bighorn sheep battle just across the creek! Super special place to make memories.
